About Hack Kean 2023

Join us for a day of coding fun as you compete against others to build whatever coding related project you would like to make. We will provide a comfortable and enlivening atmosphere for you to build out progressive, innovative, or fun crazy ideas. At Hack Kean, you'll meet fellow programmers, learn new technologies, and hone your skills. We'll have prizes, workshops, food, and more... Whether you're a seasoned hackathon-goer or are brand new, we'd love to see you here!

Take your skills to the next level! The Association of Computing Machinery is proudly hosting a hackathon where coders of all skill levels could come together and create a project of their choice. Participants would also have the opportunity to network with like-minded individuals, and showcase their talents. With prizes,and a supportive community, this hackathon is the perfect opportunity to bring your ideas to life. Sign up now and take the first step in becoming a tech leader of tomorrow. The top three project's teams will win a prize of $450 for first place, $300 for 2nd, and $150 for 3rd. Paid via 3 gift cards, to be split among the team.

It’s a grand gathering of people to make their ideas come to life. Think out of the box, try new technologies, ask questions, make mistakes, discover a new language, and have fun!

Hack Kean 2023 will run for 14 hours in the GLAB located at Kean and is open to all students! The event will be held on Saturday, March 18 from 8:30 a.m to 10:30 p.m.

Whatever you'd like. Software, hardware, design, music, art, animation — take your pick.

Teams should be groups of up to 3 students. You can also work alone, but we encourage collaborating with the other great minds at HackKean.

Whatever you need to create. Hardware, computers, and whatever else.
